Tapered head tube, internal cable routing or wirelessly optimised, disc brakes, it's all there. We wanted to create a bike with iconic lines, straight, beautifully proportioned tubes and super-smooth welds. Beautiful, stylish, full of character.
HANDMADE FRAME
Our frames are handmade in Italy, both aluminium and carbon versions! Our production site has been welding aluminium for the world's biggest bike brands for over 20 years. The high-end welding is also reflected in the beautifully smooth welding seams.
The in-house developed aluminium frames are built with the latest Dedacciai tubes, from a high-quality aluminium mix (Scandium / 7005 / EN-AW 7020), resulting in a nice stiff, light and comfortable mix, for a fine riding experience.
The carbon frames are also made by hand. We work with the 'tube to tube' (individual tubes) principle here. This gives you the advantage of being able to make a custom frame. Various mats with their specific properties and characteristics are manually formed into tubes (for that timeless Klaassen look). To put it all together, the tubes are placed in a jig. Here, the tubes are glued together, using several layers of specific connecting mats to create high-stiffness joints. In the autoclave, composite products are cured under (high) pressure and temperature, just like in F1. The increased pressure and temperature allow for a high fibre volume content and a low air inclusion rate, giving optimum results.

HANDBUILT WHEELS
The Razor 2.0 Disc comes standard with hand built wheels, tailored to your context. We find that important. A great frameset fulfills it's potential with a quality wheelset. Our handspoke wheels are build by the most experienced wheel builders of the Netherlands (Wheel-Tec). Standard first fitting: 35mm aero/20mm internal width Fratelli rim laced on DT Swiss 350s hubs, by hand.
Fratelli: Top quality - the rims are made 1 by 1 and not in series. The material and techniques used are truly unique, making the rims of unprecedented quality and purity. Moreover, their special, modern Dynamal aluminium alloy has now amply proven itself in the rims (produced by Fratelli) of 'top 10' brands such as Spank, Duke, Industry Nine etc.
